ABOUT OUR PROCEDURES
Pre-pay, if possible, and give us your approximate arrival time so we
can have your room ready and sparkling.
As always we will be happy to give you our insider tips for your trip
to Lisbon and any help or advice you may require.
Otherwise we’ll be keeping a low profile during your stay.
Reinforced, extra cleaning measures have been implemented .
Reception and common areas have alcohol based gel dispensers.(70%)
LISBON CALLING CREW
Reception and cleaning staff have received training on COVID 19 safety
protocol following our Health Authority recommendations.
Our crew have personal protective equipment, for both their safety and
that of our guests.

Don’t stress out if you packed in a hurry.
If you’ve forgotten your mask, we have one for you.
Hand sanitiser and all the information you need is available in the
common areas.
We treasure hugs, kisses and hand-shakes, but now we have to practise
social distancing.
Please Wash your hands frequently.
If you cough or sneeze, please do it into your elbow or a napkin.
Please wear a mask when interacting with staff and in all the shared spaces.
If you develop a persistent cough, fever or any other symptoms of
COVID-19 please alert our staff straight away.
Please do not leave your room. We will immediately proceed with the
measures established by our Health Authorities.
